topcyber keeps the minimum data needed to operate the board. We store the submitted name, link, logo URL, optional tagline, payment references, bid amounts, and aggregate outbound click records. Creem processes checkout and billing data as the merchant of record.

Analytics

We use DataFast in cookieless mode to measure page visits, bid funnel events, and anonymous revenue attribution. We do not send listing buyer names, email addresses, or payment details to DataFast.

Retention and requests

Financial references can be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. For a privacy request, email privacy@topcyber.co.
