Rules of the board

Ranking

New listings start at $1 and bids use whole US dollars. The board sorts confirmed total bids from highest to lowest. Equal bids keep the earlier listing above the later listing. A top-up adds to the existing listing; it does not create a duplicate.

Payment

Creem confirms each payment by signed webhook. A checkout redirect never changes rank. A paid placement is generally final after it goes live, except where law requires otherwise. Being outbid does not create a refund right.

Allowed listings

Listings must be relevant to cybersecurity and identify a real public project, product, organization, or person. Malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, illegal services, adult content, chat invites, affiliate URLs, and link shorteners are not allowed.

Moderation

We can review, correct, hide, or remove a listing that breaks these rules. Report suspicious content to report@topcyber.co. Payment does not buy an endorsement or immunity from moderation.
